Covid-19 Studio Updates
First off, thank you for shopping with us and commissioning me to paint your favorite animals. I'm honored to be able to do what I love, and that you're here to support me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Covid-19 is causing some delays in our studio. We're trying to stay on top of things the best we can, but some things are just out of our hands. Here's what to expect.
Pet portraits + special commissions: No delays, running as usual. 3-12 week delivery, as usual, depends on the size and details of your painting. Some canvas sizes may be delayed in getting to our studio and we can't make your painting without this crucial part! Delivery or studio pick-up is still an option for ATL locals.
Prints: Our 8x10 paper prints are running behind. We have a wonderful pigment printer that we use to create all of our archival quality prints, in-studio. It takes a ton of ink to create our prints and the outcome is always high quality. The ink, however, is both expensive and runs out quickly, and some pigments are on back order from all suppliers that we use. All of these things are playing a factor in our printing, unless it's a print that we already have in stock. Email me if you need something ASAP! I'll give you a list of our in-stock prints.
Goods: All of our other goods (stationary + paper goods, home + decor, and apparel) come from a third party and ship directly to you. We have no hand in this, and we have found some of our vendors are either closed, running on fumes, or are open and there are no reported problems so far. Since we have no part in the production or shipping, all we can do from here is contact the vendor. Please e-mail me if you have any questions about this!
Gift Cards: We now offer gift cards! If you'd like to support our studio, this is a great way to do that. Order a gift card now and redeem it any time, or gift it to your loved ones.
Other: We keep a very clean studio and I wash my hands so much, they may crack and turn to dust any day now. For local delivery and studio pick-up, we are using a contactless method- we'll just leave it at the door and wave through the window. :-)
